Fasting:
Overnight fasting of 8–10 hours is mandatory.
Fasting beyond 12 hours is considered over-fasting, and the blood sample will not be accepted.

Registration:
Registered patients must provide their Hospital ID number at the time of reporting.
First-time visitors must carry a Government ID proof for registration.

Reporting:
Report to the Health Check Reception on an empty stomach.
Water intake is permitted.

Clothing:
Avoid wearing tight or formal clothes.

Lifestyle Restrictions:
Avoid smoking and alcohol for at least 12 hours before the check-up.

Sample Collection:
Bring stool and urine samples in a clean, sterile container if included in your package.
Containers can be collected from Manipal Hospital, or samples may be provided at the hospital.

Medical Records:
Carry all previous medical reports, prescriptions, glasses (if applicable), and regular medicines.

Consultation & Additional Tests:
Consultation and advice will be provided by the Consultant Physician based on standard package tests.
Any additional tests or consultations recommended are not included in the package and will be charged extra.
Report availability depends on the nature of the tests.

For Female Guests:
During menstruation, urine and stool samples will not be accepted.
Inform the nurse/coordinator or schedule the appointment accordingly.

Pregnancy Advisory:
Pregnant women must not undergo X-ray or mammography.
