What is a Mammogram?
X-ray images of the breast are used in mammograms. Mammograms are used by doctors to look for breast cancer early symptoms. The presence of cancer is not always indicated by an abnormal mammogram. However, the doctor won't be able to be certain unless you have additional mammograms, tests, or examinations.
What is Pap Smear and why it is done?
It is a process in which cells from the surface of the cervix are gently removed with a little brush so that they can be examined under a microscope for cervical cancer. Additional problems, including infections or inflammation, may be discovered with a Pap smear test.
