10-12 Hours of fasting required, do ensure that you do not over fast (beyond 13-14 hours)
If already registered at the hospital provide the hospital ID number at the time of reporting
at the hospital. In case the first time please carry Government ID Proof for Registration
purposes.
Report at the Health check reception on empty stomach, there is no restriction to the intake
of water
Avoid wearing tight, formal clothes.
Bring all your earlier medical reports, prescription, glasses if available along with regular
Medicines
Kindly note that during menstruation, we cannot accept urine or stool samples. Kindly
inform the nurse or coordinator or book an appointment accordingly
Avoid smoking & consuming alcohol for a minimum of 12 hours before the check-up
Pregnant ladies shall not undergo X-ray, mammography & Bone densitometry
Bring stool & urine samples in a clean & sterile container (container may be collected from
Manipal hospital) if it is the part of the package or you can give the same at the hospital
Opinion & advice will be given by the consultant physician, based on the standard tests in
the package, any further tests or consultation recommended by the doctor, will not be a
part of the package & hence will be charged extra. The availability of reports in such
instances will depend on the nature of the tests
